Place has been opened for as long as I can remember, making delicious baos and distributing them all throughout Sydney. If you want a super fresh, fluffy cloud like one, head into the shop front and pick them up.. the small ( which is giant anyway) cost as little as $2. A 3 pack for $6 absolutely yummy
Steam buns fresh and hot. Has other Vietnamese dishes made ready to go. Flavours are good both steam buns and fresh spring rolls.
Cheap n cheerful… 2 large. Bun baos for $6!! Make sure she gives you the right ones!
It's great that we discovered this little gem in Canley Heights. The banh bao are very good, and not to mention everything in the fridge. We basically tried all that is on offer and very satisfied every time. The desserts are amazing. We have been coming back every few days since our first visit. Definitely recommended.
The best pork buns and taro buns in Sydney. Keep up the good work.
The shop isn't a lot to look like but the food is great. We had Xiu mai with bread roll, which is pork meatballs in a soupy sauce. I really enjoyed that with the typical French inspired Vietnamese bread roll, which I dipped in the sauce. We also purchased pork buns, which were so tasty. We sat on a bench to eat in the warm sun but in hindsight should have eaten in the restaurant as a bench isn't the best place to juggle the xiu mai. I would recommend trying these.
if you’re craving the taste of home or just love authentic vietnamese street food, you need to check out bánh bao canley heights. i found a spot that does one of the most legit vietnamese-style buns i’ve had in sydney. stuffed with sausage, egg, and minced pork — it’s the closest thing i’ve found to the motherland version. they offer two options: 2 big buns or 3 smaller ones for just $6, both super satisfying. you can get them hot to eat right away, or grab the cold ones to steam at home. plus, they’ve got more varieties on offer too. if you’re in the area, definitely worth a visit — affordable, tasty, and seriously nostalgic.
